NOSTALGIA
Titled Nostalgia, this event brought together the discipline of Romanesque architecture and the whimsy of Japanese design. Creating a spatial narrative that felt both timeless and forward-looking.
Twelve monumental, semi-circular arches, inspired by the rhythm and clarity of medieval European design. Formed the backbone of the space. Each arch housed a constellation of light: 4,200 suspended pendants, glowing in precise harmony. The repetition of form and scale grounded the installation in a deep visual logic, evoking the comfort of symmetry and the elegance of structure.
Around the perimeter, a sculptural wind swept through: Cloud. Built from 260 linear meters of swirling metalwork, each piece weighed 300 kg and stood independently. Inspired by Japanese cloud and wave motifs, the forms mimicked motion. Crafted with S-shaped bases and wavy horizontal lines, they made the space feel as though it were caught in a poetic gust.
Nostalgia wasn’t just an environment.
It was a memory reimagined.
A place where structure breathed, and stillness danced.
