WEEPING WILLOW
Suspended from the ceiling of a grand hall, over 8,000 cascading wisteria cutouts formed Weeping Willow . A sweeping, floral canopy that transformed the space into a surreal garden of movement, light, and layered detail.
Designed to host 700 guests, the event was shaped around connection and comfort. The space was divided into four main zones, each anchored by round lounges and surrounded by mesh metal cabanas, connected through walkways that allowed for a fluid, social flow. Throughout the space, floating greenery islands, sculptural lampshades, and delicate accessories brought texture and softness to the industrial framework.
Every element was treated as a chance to innovate. Coffee tables shaped like airplanes, a canapé-style dinner experience, and unconventional spatial layouts redefined how a gathering could feel, thoughtful, unstructured, and completely immersive.
Weeping Willow wasn’t just decoration. It was a shift in atmosphere, a moment of exploration through form, material, and guest experience.
